  • You won’t be certified during our program, but you will be better prepared to take certifications in your tech area, on your own. Let your trainer know what certifications you’re looking for and they’ll help you better understand the concepts directly related to your desired certification. In many cases, we'll pay for certifications you take during your time with us.

  • The answer? It's all about you! On average, our consultants complete 8 unique opportunities (think 8 employer interviews) before snagging their first role. The secret sauce? Dedication to soft skills mentorship and wholehearted completion of assignments. We promise interviews and top-notch support, but your speed of hire? That's up to you!

  • Ah, the million-dollar question! Your offer will be based on the market and your tech expertise. Everybody comes with different skill sets and there’s a range of compensation. Your individual rate will be determined during your enrollment process. You can expect rate reviews and adjustments during your journey with us, based on performance. On average, our consultants reach $100k/yr + (full-time work) by the end of their 2-year contract with us. Additionally, while employed with us you’ll receive a competitive benefits package with a 401k plan, medical, vision and dental, and paid time off.

  • The world is your oyster! Some of our consultants love our project placement so much they stick around (we adore long-term bonds), while others spread their wings and follow new career paths. Your choice, your adventure!

  • We get it, it's unconventional. But by assisting with your living costs during full-time training classes, we ensure you can focus entirely on learning. Plus, our shared corporate housing makes life easier. It's a big investment on our end, but your success matters to us.

  • Yes. Shared housing isn't mandatory, but if you choose another option, you're responsible for the cost of your housing and transport to daily classes.

  • No worries! Committing to relocation for two years isn't for everyone. If life feels uncertain, hold off until you're ready to dive in.

  • Change is thrilling and sometimes a little scary- we get where you’re coming from. That's why our dedicated team handles your travel and housing details. We will cover the cost of your flight or mileage if close-ish as well as your first 2 weeks of rent. We've got your back so you can focus on your project!

  • Life happens, and we get that. But relocation is essential for our programs, and you’ll be entering into a contract. If you can't relocate post-training, you'll cover tuition and related costs. We can work with you on a payment plan.

  • Assignment locations are determined by employer needs. What we have been seeing in market trends post-Covid is that many employers prefer onsite development. Relocation assistance is provided for project assignments.

  • With our tuition-covered model and 2-year paid contract, we handle training, career support, and relocation costs. You only pay if you leave before your 2 year contract us fulfilled. Learn more on our tuition page!

  • Currently, we offer only the tuition-covered training and 2-year job placement contract program.

  • We're selective about our candidates, and are confident you can ace interviews! While we guarantee support, it's your effort that seals the deal. Practice, grow, and we will tackle this journey together. If for some reason you just can’t make it, you'll cover tuition and related costs. We can work with you on a payment plan.
