Application Deadlines & Requirements

Our programs begin every 10 weeks or so, with only a few spots available per technology group. If a technology group reaches capacity, your application can still be considered for later starting groups.

To be considered for hire, we’ll ask you for:

  • Completion of a coding test via HackerRank

  • Submission of educational background details

  • An interview with one of our enrollment specialists

Additionally, here’s what we look for in applicants:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field

  • Demonstrate a previous track record of gainful employment, preferably in an IT-related field

  • Be willing to relocate to any assignment site in the US as needed, per assignment requirements during a 2-year period

  • Commit to a 2-year assignment contract as part of our learning-covered tuition and job placement program

  • Have a growth mindset, ready to learn and achieve!

  • Interview and Coding Test: Engage in an initial interview followed by a HackerRank coding test to showcase your technical skills.

  • Final Evaluation: Depending on your performance, additional interviews may be conducted to assess fit and readiness.

  • Receive Hiring Decision: Expect an email notifying you of your status.

Tuition & Fees

Our unique model ensures that you can fully immerse yourself in training and on-site assignments without the burden of upfront payments.

Here's how it works

  • behind-the-scenes relationships and action it takes to get you career transforming assignments

your part:

  • a commitment to complete a two-year assignment contract, including your training time. Of course, you’re welcome to stay with us longer.

    We’ll cover your airfare to travel to Atlanta for training and to your assignment sites after you’re hired for an assignment.

  • Paid Hourly

    Receive hourly compensation during training to assist with living expenses, lending financial stability while focusing on learning.
