Your Daily Routine

Monday through Friday, you'll attend sessions at the TCA Learning Center with your instructor and cohort, engaging in classroom-based instruction, assignments, and skill-building activities essential for your career.

The weekends and evenings are yours. With proximity to Atlanta- there's something for everyone’s interests. Your Career Development Manager will also organize fun outings with your cohort- these are optional, but you likely won’t want to miss out!

Post-training you'll transition to Marketing, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills. We'll provide ongoing coaching as you navigate the interview process and connect with assignment opportunities. You’ll be an employee that’s contracted through us, so you’ll get great benefits like consistent support from your manager and tech network, vision, dental, medical, PTO and 401k.

Relocation Costs
We’ll cover your airfare to travel to Atlanta for training and to your assignment sites after you’re hired for an assignment.

Receive hourly compensation during training to assist with living expenses, lending financial stability while focusing on learning.

Getting Here and Getting Started
New consultants-in-training will arrive in Atlanta, Ga and be greeted by one of our team members at the airport. You’ll be introduced to some of your cohort for the next 6-8 weeks and get settled into shared corporate housing.
First day jitters? On your first day at the TCA Learning Center, you’ll receive a full orientation to help you better understand your experience for the next 8-10 weeks and beyond. Hopefully we’ve answered most of your questions by now, but if you have more- we’re here for you!
